About the Item
Excellent Goldscheider Vienna Child Figurine of the 1930s.
Girl with red cap, red sleeveless shirt with white collar and white and black checkered skirt, white stockings and gray shoes leaning on a wooden scooter at the side.
On a black, elongated flat base with rounded corners.
Designed by STEPHAN DAKON (1904 - 1992), one of the most important designers who worked for the Goldscheider manufactory from 1924 until the mid-fifties.
Dakon designed this model circa 1935/36.
