About the Item
The Kuznetsov factory was in Volkhov, Russia, was established in 1889, one of many owned by the Kuznetsov family, producing faience chiefly for the ottoman and Central Asian market, where it was much in demand. Their designs were mainly floral and ikat-like to attract attention of Central Asian and Ottoman Empire Markets.
