About the Item

LIANA, a sculpture symbolizing the connection between the sky and the underworld. Crafted using an ancestral technique from San Bartolo Coyotepec, these pieces were formed from Oaxacan black and natural clay in the state's central valleys. These fired pieces form a staircase for plants to grow upon or water to run down. More than a path for plants, a water feature, or a birdbath, LIANA is a conversation piece that invites reflection on rooting and alignment. Available with stainless steel structure, contact us for more information.
