About the Item
A pair of antique two-light gilt bronze wall sconces each mounting a Sevres cabinet plate, one painted with Louis XVI , the other with Marie Antoinette, both within broad bleu Celeste border, gilt and painted in reserves with flowers. Verso they are marked S69 and S72 respectively, but scratched through. Each actual bracket is modeled as a roaring lion and each crest is a ribbon-tied. Non-electrified.
