About the Item
Circa 1930s, by St. Louis, Belgium. These early twentieth-century water goblets are masterfully cut in a bold Art Deco motif. The fluid geometry includes thumbprint cuts with lines and swirls. The time that went into creating these glasses is a testament to the artistry and ingenuity of the cutters and designers at St. Louis.
Remarks: “Strongly Deco with modernist notes.”
