About the Item
Elegant Art Deco toiletry set in molded, sea-green tinted glass, typical of Czech production from the 1930s.
It consists of six matching pieces:
- three perfume bottles with their original stoppers,
- a circular lidded box,
- an elongated oval tray,
- a smaller, shorter rectangular tray, probably intended to serve as a ring sizer or trinket tray.
The geometric and faceted shapes, combined with the slightly smoked transparency of the glass, perfectly illustrate the era's taste for clean lines and modernity.
This type of set was produced by leading Czech glassmakers such as Josef Inwald / Barolac or Karl Palda, renowned for the quality of their pressed glass and refined design.
A small chip under two of the stoppers, discreet and inconspicuous, does not affect the overall aesthetic.
No cracks, beautiful luster of the glass and a beautiful uniformity of the color.
Beautiful, complete and decorative set, a representative example of Czech Art Deco design, both functional and elegant. Perfect for a collector's item or to enhance a vintage dressing table.

French Art Nouveau Crystal Cup green and red flowers - 19th - France
By Baccarat
Located in Beuzevillette, FR
Magnificent fruit bowl, empty pocket, centerpiece, bowl, Art Nouveau in green crystal with red floral decoration in the Japanese taste.
The cup is enhanced with gold.
The crystal is acid etched.
Crystal work is wonderful. The cup seems to be attributed to Baccarat. It should be noted that Cristallerie Baccarat only engraved a signature on all productions from 1936. Which explains why this piece is not signed.
The shape of the cup is reminiscent of a flower opening its four petals. The design is very delicate and elegant.
In the style of Legras.
