About the Item

The Netherlands Delft Workshop: unknown Date: Last quarter of the 17th century A Dutch Delft bowl with a chinoiserie design of dragons. Decorated in a greyish blue on a blueish white ground. On the body, we see three dragons divided by a floral and ornamental design. On the inside, we can see a decoration of tulips and ornaments. The bowl is in wonderful condition, with one larger and a few smaller chips to the rim, as can be expected for its age.
