About the Item

This decorative ceramic plate reinterprets an original Fortunato Depero design created for a Campari advertisement, showcasing a fusion of geometric precision and vivid colors that celebrate Italian Futurist design. This edition pays homage to the 1930s Futurist Movement ceramics produced in Albisola, Italy, linking past artistic heritage with contemporary craftsmanship. Mazzotti ceramics from Albisola are featured in major museums in Italy and around the world, and were exhibited in 2014 at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York as part of the exhibition “Italian Futurism, 1909–1944: Reconstructing the Universe.”
