Oyster plates are a great classic of French majolica.
This heavy sturdy thick potted plates are decorated with 6 oyster shell shaped wells and shaped center for lemon or sauce.
Can be used for tapas, aperitif, raw vegetable, and shellfish (of course). Extremely elegant, with their cream, light green, and touch of gray.
One plate has a chip behind (last picture).
