About the Item

19th Century Irish etched glass bonboniere or fruit-cooler jar. Raised on a rounded stemmed base with a goblet-style body featuring vertical cutting and a horizontal band of cut ‘laurel-leaf’ decoration. The removable dome-top is complete with corresponding decoration and surmounted with a cut finial knop.
