Super Kralik acid cut back cased - cameo vase - in deep red cased over clear, depicting an exotic tropical scene with tropical trees with palm fronds and coconuts, against a tropical sea with a small boat and many low flying sea birds and an island in the distance. The image is in the round and framed above with round and oval optical windows
In the early 20th century, first quarter many of the great Bohemian glass makers such as Kralik made cameo glass aimed directly at the French market often unsigned
Kralik was at the time one of the largest Bohemian glass makers only a few miles down the road from Loetz. Along with their brother company (Meyr's Neffe) much of their production was for Lobmeyr.
