Body : A vesica cut with two inset ruby glass zwischengold medallions, one of a lady, the other with monogram.
Pontil : Ground and polished

Condition : Excellent, slight bruise inside the edge of medallion of the lady

The ruby glass medallions are reverse engraved and gilded
