This wonderful lime green glass decanter was crafted in Bohemia, a historic region which now forms part of the Czech Republic, in the late 19th century. The piece was created for the Persian (modern-day Iranian) market.
The decanter features an ovoid body with a cylindrical, knopped neck and flared mouth. This is covered by a stopper with a panelled base, a knopped centre and a conical tip.
