About the Item

This beautiful and special rare Italian vintage Murano glass bowl has it all going on. It is the work of Seguso. It has several different techniques in one; one is the Pulegoso. The luscious color of the turquoise meets a beautiful swirl of rich gold aventurine and random gold aventurine to create a pattern of movement. It is quadruple cased with the white, black, gold and turquoise. It is outlined in black. The Pulegoso is abundant with clear glass over the tight bubbles. It has appendages in half circles on the outside. The weight is substantial and the form is abstract in its undulations. This is a bowl in art form, and luscious color with great shape. Great for serving or just as is a beautiful Murano bowl object. It is from the 1950s. These are not common on the market now.
