About the Item

A rare and beautiful set of three antique handblown jenever glasses, engraved with the inscription “Blé d’Or.” Dating from around 1900, these elegant glasses feature clear bowls delicately etched with text and slender green stems with a twisted design and matching green foot. These rare spirits glasses were traditionally used for serving Dutch jenever or gin and represent the fine craftsmanship of late 19th- to early 20th-century European glassmakers. Their refined proportions, engraved detail, and subtle color make them a wonderful addition to any collection of antique barware, Art Nouveau glass, or historic drinking vessels. Perfect for enjoying a fine drink or toast with friends on special occasions. Or, a thoughtful and unique gift idea — ideal for Christmas, weddings, or birthdays. Due to their handmade nature, subtle variations in height and shape may be present, highlighting their artisanal character and one-of-a-kind charm. In addition, the glasses may have minor imperfections that arose during manufacture, which add to their authentic vintage appeal. They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, some fine light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Professional packing and worldwide free shipping. 141906
