About the Item

Set of six very elegant goblets from Cenedese, Murano. For collectors and lovers of beautiful Murano glass. The glasses have Cenedese's typical thin collar immediately below the cup and feature a blown sphere in uranium yellow. This color is a signature of cenedese glass and was used also by Da Ros for his sculptures. Rare and sought-after both for the technical difficulty of making them and for the use of the vivid uranium yellow color. This color has been out of production since the 1970s.
