About the Item
The blown
moulded Prussian form body showing a base with vertical cut flutes, rising to shoulders decorated with wheel cut vesica motifs, ribbon swags
basal flutes, the neck with three applied annulated rings rising to a wide flaring rim and retaining its original crimped target stopper.
The underside of the base having a polished pontil mark and molded lettering noting Waterloo Glass Company. Height, 9.75”.
(The Waterloo Glass Company was first established in Cork, Ireland in 1818).
