About the Item

Art Deco amethyst glass vase by Walther Sons and a bowl by Moser Glass, all manufactured in the 1930's. Purple faceted crystal with an embossed wide gold-tone cameo stripe. This type of glass was first made by Moser, the famous Bohemian glass factory, and then by the Walther Sons factory in Germany in the 1930s. The set consists of a bowl and a vase. The bowl is approximately 2.75 inches in height and 7.88 inches in diameter at the top. We're assuming it's a Moser piece, but we're not sure. The size indicated in the "Measurements" section refers to the vase shown in the pictures. But just to be sure, here are the measurements again: The vase is approximately 6.25" tall and 4.75" in diameter at the top. The vase is signed with Walther and D.R.P. signed. Ang. marked. The colors are purple and gold, all in very good vintage condition. A beautiful glass work of art for any room or simply to display in your collection.
