About the Item
This funnel-shaped mid - century glass vase was hand made on the island of Murano near Venice. We find the original paper label with the inscription Murano Glass Made in Italy stuck to the base.
The deep red body of the vase is covered in a honeycomb pattern and stands on a plain polished round base. The wavy edge and the handles in the shape of leaves are made of clear glass with gold leaf specks , so are the handles. The handles are designed as leaves. The foot of the vase is made out of clear glass.
