Italian and metal mayonnaise maker by Lavero, 1911
Mayonnaise maker in metal and ceramic. The structure consists of a cone into which the ingredients are inserted and a crank that moves metal paddles to mix the ingredients. At the base is a white ceramic bowl.
Produced by Lavero in 1911. Brand and date on the underside of the bowl.
Vintage condition. The metal shows numerous signs of age and use. Small marks on the ceramic bowl. In patina.

This little kitchen tool can be used to make homemade mayonnaise or used as a unique accessory around your home, making your abode a cabinet of curiosity.
The bowl alone can be used as a food bowl, a small pocket emptier or an ashtray.
