Victorian quadruple silverplate ice water tipper, for the owner of the manor. Made to serve ice water by tipping the pitcher forward dispensing into your cup without having to actually pick the pitcher up. Beautiful tracing and etching with grand filagree work, pitcher with lid, tipper frame with individual cup holder and cup, marked Brooklyn NY.
