Brown Anchor,
circa 1758-60
The trompe L'oeil porcelain Chelsea Porcelain dish depicts a large green leaf with purple veining draped over an openwork basket. Superimposed on the leaf is a painted pear and a twig with two plums.
Dimensions: 10 3/4 inches wide x 8 3/4 inches deep x 3/4 inch high; (27.31cm wide x 22.23cm deep)
