This is an antique decorative jardiniere. An Italian, bronze planter or fruit serving bowl with Putto legs, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900. Delightful Italianate taste and cherubic interest Displays a desirable aged patina and good original order Beautifully weathered bronze with mellow golden tones Ornate crown shaped bowl, decorated with foliate wreathes Scrolled rim sits prominently over the concave bowed form Stands upon four charming Putto figure legs, each carrying the bowl in their arms This is a fascinating antique decorative jardiniere, of suitable distinction for a table centrepiece or the entrance hall. Delivered polished and ready to display.
