An exceptional, fine and impressive antique George VI English sterling silver salver in the Queen Anne style; an addition to our dining silverware collection. This exceptional antique George VI sterling silver salver has a plain rectangular incurved-shaped form. The surface of this Queen Anne style salver is plain and unembellished. The raised rounded border is accented with an incurve to each corner and features a subtle planished finish. The salver is supported by four fine and impressive cast sterling silver bracket style feet. This exceptional salver is the finest of its type you could hope to acquire; such large and original rectangular salvers are becoming increasingly difficult to locate. Condition This antique Queen Anne style salver is a superior gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the salver are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the superior gauge of silver.
