About the Item
Late 18th century Georgian English New Hall partial fine porcelain tea/china set with rose colored fish-scale border, scrolling garland and florets, circa 1781-1835. Included in this service:
Large footed slop bowl, 6" W x 3" H (heavy glaze wear to center of bowl)
Open sugar bowl, footed, 4 3/4" W x 2 1/4" H (light scratches, glaze wear to rim)
Milk jug, 4 3/4" W x 4 1/8" H
(12) tea bowls, 3 1/4" W x 2" H, minor glaze wear to rim
(12) saucers, 5 1/4" W x 1 1/4" H (one with spider crack on bottom, one with hairline spider, minor spots of glaze wear.
Condition: Please see detail photos. There are various signs of age related wear as detailed above including wear to glaze, a few stable hairline cracks and some scratches being mentioned for accuracy as the Georgian presentation is admirable.
