About the Item

Mid-19th century Meissen hand-crafted jug. Hexagonal shape (hexagonal), bulbous body with attached tubular spout and attached ear handle. Small raised lid with a knob. Embossed wall with fine flower bouquets and leaves. Edges partially decorated with gold. Meissen Puppenkännchen Sechseckige Form (Hexagonal), bauchiger Korpus mit aufgesetztem Röhrenausguss und aufgesetztem Ohrenhenkel. Kleine gehöhter Deckel mit Knauf. Wandung bossiert mit feinen Blütenbuketts und Blättern. Ränder teilweise goldstaffiert. Meissen1815-1850.
