Pair of lovely 19th century green majolica plates with wonderful design detail. The border is beaded and surrounds a Greek key design, all surrounding the center of the plate, which has a pattern of ferns, florals, and leaves. This is a lovely patten and the color of the green Majolica glaze is rich and stunning. The plates has the impressed marking RS and an anchor.
