A fine pair of antique English ironstone china plates.
By Masons.
Each plate with a painted Chinoiserie garden scene to the center. Each rim with orange painted decoration covered in extensive and intricate gilt patterns and with cartouches of birds and flowers throughout.
Marked to the reverse of one of the plates.
Simply a wonderful pair of Mason's Ironstone china plates!

Overall Condition:
They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There is a small glaze skip to one of the rims, some firing flaws, some light rubbing to the gilding here and there throughout (especially to the edges of the rim). Otherwise, there are some fine
light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
