A fine, signed Art Nouveau porcelain cabinet plate.
By Royal Vienna.
Signed Wagner to the lower right.
With a hand painted depiction of Ruth to the center surrounded by a blue
green border richly decorated with platinum, raised gold,
rich gilding.
Marked to the reverse with a blue underglaze Royal Vienna beehive mark, and Ruth / Dec. 229. / Dèpose in black and 36761229 / 18F in red.

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Condition details:
There are very, very few minor highpoint losses to the gilding or jeweling in the gold. Otherwise, there are some fine
light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.

A very fine antique Vienna style porcelain cabinet plate.
Entitled "Eingeheimer Auftrag", which translates in English as "A Secret Assignment".
Depicted in the central cartouche is an image of a young woman being attended to by a cherub/putti. The woman is seated at the edge of a garden and appears to be making a request of the cherub who is leisurely perched on the rail fence with a pensive look.
Signed to the lower right 'H. Zutzka'.
The rim of the bowl is richly decorated with two-toned raised gold decoration and gold jeweling on a light blue to turquoise ground.
