This superb large Austrian majolica pottery wall charger is highly decorative with its central finely moulded three dimensional Renaissance portrait of a medieval bearded noble man wearing an ornate tunic and matching hat. The central portrait is boardered by a flared rim which is also ornately moulded with intricate floral decoration.
