Shaped as a single dimensional cabbage leaf.
Precise mold work, with a strong green glaze that pools into the deeper areas of the mold.
Footed with a curved and serrate rim.
In the rarer small size, perfect for nuts, lemons, coins, or as a spoon rest.

Marked: Sarreguemines France, with the mold number 531P, and the letter M, signifying a majolica glaze.

Glazed in a deep, luscious green, showing an overlapping leaf pattern with twig form handles. Serrate edging, in perfect condition. One of a few shapes produced in this pattern, this is the rectangular example.
Beautiful mold work with nicely pooled glazing with a light iridescence.
