About the Item
Beautiful, long antique rosewood narrow handled serving tray, inlaid in wood and mother of pearl, depicting peacocks with trees either side. Circa 1920.
The tray shows superb figuring in the solid rosewood grain, with the inlays jumping out, a fabulous decorative piece.
The tray has the original inset glass, this has some surface marks with use. The glass inset can be removed if needed. There is a very small knock to the bottom right hand side rail to note, as seen in photograph number 7.
