A Classic Georgian sterling silver Meat Dish serving platter. This Meat Platter is of substantial size and has a Classic oval shape. The Meat Platter has an ornate shell and gadroon border embellishing the rim. The Dish has two matched crests engraved on the rim. Made in London in 1823 by Robert Garrard. Approx. Weight - 2550 g / 81.9 oz Approximate Length - 56.2 cm Approximate Width - 39.6 cm The Georgian Platter has Full English hallmarks.
