About the Item

This is a fantastic French country hand carved fork and spoon that are intended to be a salad serving set but I see them as decorations because they look fragile, as is shown by the crack in the fork handle that was expertly repaired and is very secure. The fabulous talon carved at the top of the spoon and the faux brass furniture decoration on the fork are amazing coordinating mismatched designs. The spoon is 19 1/4 inches long and the bowl is 2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep, the fork 17 inches long and the tines are 2 1/4 inches wide and 1 inch deep.
