About the Item

A rare French Art Deco silver plated brass gravy/sauce boat by Gallia for Christofle in the form of a stylized fish, the curved tail of the fish forming the handle and its mouth forming the spout . Marked underneath with the "OC" stamp (Orfevrerie Christofle), "O.GALLIA" and number of the model 6093. Circa 1930. This particular model, in addition to being rare, retains its original plating and is in excellent age-appropriate condition.
