Webb Triple Deposit Princes Plate, London
Sheffield." Mappin
Webb was Founded in 1775 by Jonathan Mappin who opened a workshop in Sheffield. His mission was to create the most beautifully crafted silverware for the British society. This trays has a cast border with leaves and shell work, the engraved baroque style inner border of diaperwork and foliage, raised on beautifully cast scrolled feet. The center is engraved with an elaborate set initials.
