Circa 1920s-30s Art Deco Lady's Silver Plate Compact on Wrist Chain. Inset with black oval plaque hand painted with a rose. Crackling effect in the black panel. Puff, mirror
powder inside. The machined decoration is classic, bound with acanthus leaf border. Also called a tango purse - all a lady needed for an evening out dancing. 10" of chain.
