This Early 20th Century International Silver Co Lycoming Hotel Silver Silverplate Platter was crafted in the early 1900's. The piece features an oval design with hallmarks on the front and underside. An emblem reading Lycoming on the front and the underside reading The Lycoming, 922, International Silver Co, Silver Soldered, 05002, 10 IN. Highly collectible, hotel silver is a very heavy silver plate, usually triple plated over another type of metal to make it durable for hotel and commercial use. This platter with it's classic shape has been used and loved through the years showing age and imperfections which only adds to its charm and patina. Perfect for the Hotel Silver enthusiast or simply displayed in any area of the home as a vessel to hold items. 10"W x 7.75"D x .75"H
