About the Item

A 16 inch long butchers knife, a carbon steel blade with an unusual carved wood tapered handle, Sheffield, England. The blade is marked: The El Dorado, Dickinson – Sheffield. Dickinson cutlery used the trademark El Dorado from 1880-1930. Measures: 16 in. L x 1.25 in. W x .75 in. H Light pitting and discolor to the steel blade. The handle is in very good condition. Un-polished, un-honed.
