About the Item
This is a sweet and simple covered butter dish which still retains its original clear glass liner. The classic style has a finial on the top and swirls down to the base which has corresponding tabs.
The glass liner measures 6 3/4 inches wide, 3 1/2 inches wide and 3/4 inch high. The butter dish measures 8 1/4 inches wide, 4 3/4 inches wide and about 3 1/2 inches to the finial. I have not polished it and it is tarnished but will probably clean up.
