About the Item
This set of sculptural Memphis style silver plate napkin rings designed by Nathalie Du Pasquier and Ajumi Hans showcase a different silhouette for each one. They defined the bold aesthetic of the Memphis style. Each napkin ring are different cut out patters of architectural forms that result in interesting sculptural designs. Very functional table top use of the napkin rings yet highly collectible. They are 6 different sizes in their own original box. They were produced by Bodum from Switzerland in 1986. They make a great table scape. Set of 6.
Sottsaas founded the Memphis movement along with Du Pasquier and Snowden.
