About the Item
"Canetè" oval solid 800 silver centerpiece with golden interior. The decoration (detachable for cleaning) was made with the silver casting technique which depicts a reedbed of Typha latifolia. The center was completely handmade and decorated with the burnishing, gilding and shiny parts technique.
Completely handmade following the most ancient Italian silverware tradition.
Italian silverware, already with a centuries-old tradition, had a great development in the twentieth century and produced pieces of the highest quality that the whole world envies us. Italian craftsmanship had a kind of new Renaissance after the war.
Thus was born a large number of high quality silverware where exceptional pieces are produced that today decorate the most prestigious houses.
