About the Item
An magnificent Antique Victorian Silver Two Handled Bowl featuring extremely impressive handles in the shaped of winged dragons. The sides of this Antique Bowl are embellished with a series of polished circular cartouches surrounded by stylised scroll and foliate chased designs. Below this is a chased fluted band. The Rim of the Silver Bowl , the knopped column and the spread foot all have different but complimentary chased bands. The interior of the cup is lightly gilded. This Victorian Bowl displays an exceptional standard of work and is a spectacular piece.
