These exceptional and rare antique Victorian English sterling silver peppers have been modelled in the form of seals.
The surface of each piece is embellished with engraved decoration, replicating the texture of the seal's skin and anatomical features.
Each of the silver seals retains the original, hallmarked push fit cover/head ornamented to the upper portion with pierced 'pepper' holes.
The cover of these sterling silver seal pepper shakers are further ornamented with the original eyes.
