About the Item

This dresser set is made by two masterful companies to create an exquisite 7 piece set featuring vibrant turquoise enamels with hand blown crystal perfumes, (6.88" tall x 3" in diameter,) 2 round dresser boxes,( 2.25" in diameter x 1.5" tall), a hand mirror, (10" long x 5.5" wide), brush, (8.75" long x 1.5" tall) and the showstopper, a large round powder box, (5.75" in diameter x 3" tall). The sterling silver guilloche enamelled pieces are true works of art unto themselves and the crystal pieces are copper wheel engraved with an elegant floral motif attributed to either Webb or Hawkes. The condition is excellent commensurate with age and no visible defects at all. The lid of the powder jar is signed by Black, Starr and Frost one of the longest maker and retailer of silver items, founded in 1810. Made in America ca. 1920's
