A George III sterling silver cake basket made by William Plummer in London, 1786.
The basket is of Classic oval form with bead borders and an engraved pierced gallery and foot. There is also an original coat of arms to the centre. The letters AB were engraved on the bottom of the basket.
The length of the basket is 35 cms and the height with the handle raised is 28 cms.
