Son in Baltimore. Drum form; s-scroll handle with engraved leaf cap. Pastoral scene with vernacular architecture shaded by weeping willows; frame vacant. Gilt-washed interior. Fineness is 11/12 ounces or 916 silver. 1846-61 marks: “S. Kirk
