About the Item

Pair of Classic Art Nouveau Sterling Serving Pieces, A Pierced Bowl Fork and A Shaped Bowl Spoon. A Pierced Serving Spoon is a versatile addition to serving utensils for appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. The pierced design drains liquids and sauces from foods for effortless, mess-free serving and plating. The Floral decoration is in high relief. The pieces are marked sterling and were made in America in the late 19th c. They have a cartouche for engraving but have never been initialed. For more than 30 years, N.P. Trent Antiques has been among the countries leading dealers in period English and Continental furniture, art, jewelry and decorative accessories.
