A pair of voluminous, bulbous, cut clear glass carafes on a round base, plain, smooth silver mountings with hinged lids with thumb rests and J-shaped handles with beveled accents on the outside. Dimensions: height: 31.0 cm / 12.20 in width: 23.0 cm / 9.05 in depth: 18.5 cm / 7.28 in total weight: 6.100 Gramm / 214.72 fl. oz Hallmarks: Crescent + Crown - German official hallmark from 1888 830 S - fineness Rising panther - Master's sign GEBRÜDER DEYHLE: Silver goods factory, Schwäbisch Gmünd, founded in 1820 by the brothers Christian Wilhelm Gottlob Karl Deyhle, was one of the oldest and largest silverware factories in Gmünd until it was finally closed at the end of the 1990s. Condition: very well maintained, hardly any signs of age and wear.
