Phil Dreis. Illustrated on page 179.
This set is from the authors' incredible lifetime collection of innovative flatware, featured in their book.
Victoria - (discontinued in 1991). This 18/10 stainless steel pattern was named in honor of Queen Victoria (England) 1837-1901.
